6 duck eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of water to rolling boil and gently place 6 duck eggs in for exactly 8 minutes. Dunk in ice water until completely cool (about 6 min).
Peel off the shell and roll in kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Enjoy!
